Dawn is a distinguished international CEO who has led numerous worldwide brands to financial and brand success. She has been privileged to enjoy career-long executive relationships with organisations in the public and private sectors and as a senior executive growth mindset coach, works alongside some of the top 20% of global leaders.

With a unique combination of expertise, global experience, diverse characteristics and pragmatic, no-nonsense approach to business, Dawn has supercharged her focus on inclusive cultures. She is the original author of the award-winning financial return on inclusion methodology which measures the bottom-line impact to business performance.

Dawn is particularly passionate about creating the next generation of robust and credible culture and inclusive experts, and lectures at Masters level on the topics of culture, inclusion, diversity, leadership and behaviour across various universities and business schools around the world.

A previous recipient of an ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award, Dawn appears in Who’s Who around the world as an inclusive leader. She also has a claim to fame as the granddaughter of John Henry Hurst MBE, one of the original ambassadors for social housing and education for all.

Craig Richards

Craig is a Diversity & Inclusion Master Practitioner, with specific expertise in leadership, cultural design, and executive coaching. He is also the co-author of the global D&I Practitioner programme, responsible for creating the next generation of D&I Leaders.

Having spent most of his career holding senior executive positions within retail, hospitality, FMCG, and latterly a NDPB, Craig then moved to an American conglomerate service provider. Over the last few years, he has built up a successful portfolio of clients across the public and private sectors; they rely on him to build and implement strategies that maximise the impact of inclusive cultures and people focussed leadership.

Craig’s leadership expertise is in such demand that he often travels across the globe supporting organisations and individual executives to remove barriers and influence change.
