Our D&I Practitioner Programmes provide accredited learning and development for professionals from around the world who are looking to maximise their strategic impact in the workplace. A range of levels and modules are available, so whether you are just entering the world of diversity and inclusion or practicing at the most senior level, our programmes will challenge and equip you to drive transformational change across your organisation.

Delegates learn from leading global practitioners through a combination of active, reflective and self-directive styles. With support and access to award-winning resources, delegates gain the essential tools and techniques needed to ensure that their organisation is benefitting from the value of implementing  effective strategies which harness the power of an inclusive culture.

Our Master Practitioner Programme is accredited to Level 7 by the CMI. It is our most popular programme for professionals operating at or aspiring to a senior leadership level.

Programme levels

Our part-time programmes have been carefully designed so that each module builds on the last, deepening your understanding, layering up your competencies and solidifying your own experiences and applied theory.

Foundation(CMI Level 5 accredited)

Our entry level programme and first module is the ideal place to start if you are new to the world of diversity and inclusion or are looking to move into a D&I role. It provides an exploration into you as an individual leader, measures your individual Return on Inclusion score and establishes your current knowledge, mindset, brand and preferred learning styles to create the most impactful learning environment for you personally.

Practitioner(CMI Level 6 accredited)

This programme is designed for leaders working in or preparing to work in a diversity and inclusion role. Comprising 4 modules, it begins with the Foundation level and then explores developing and delivering effective strategies, examining the richness and differences of people and their characteristics, and leading through complexity and change to deliver sustainable transformation.

Master Practitioner(CMI Level 7 accredited)

This programme is available to delegates completing the Practitioner level. Designed for individuals who have, or aspire to have, strategic responsibility at Board level and above, this final module will enable you to take your diversity and inclusion impact and influence to a new level. Areas covered include examining external factors and stakeholders, understanding the role of executive leadership, exploring and implementing measurement theory, and managing communications.

What our delegates say ...

“The MPP is like neuro gymnastics! In the first module I was challenged, surprised, emotional and exhausted. I didn’t recognise how much this would be about me – and that’s not always a comfortable place for me – but wow, what a change it has made already to my personal impact and application of my personal expertise. Dawn and Craig have this fantastic ability to squeeze every drop of potential out of you, and you quickly realise you’re already applying the learning after day one and benefiting from it. It’s been like having my eyes opened to the possibilities.”
Shelley, Global Director of Diversity & Inclusion
