This is a global Accredited (CPD) Training programme, ranging from Foundation to a Masters level qualification – with participants attending from organisations around the world who are wanting to work, or are currently working in the area of Diversity and Inclusion, through to those professionals leading and shaping their organisations at leadership and strategic levels.

The Practitioner training is by far our most popular programme and builds on the foundation learning with a deepening and layering approach that allows you to continuously build up your knowledge, tools, techniques and frameworks that enable you to confidently operate as a D&I Practitioner or Manager.


Having worked and operated at the practitioner level the Master Practitioner Programme enhances your skills and knowledge base to a level that enables you to truly lead the D&I agenda at Executive and Non-Executive level.
